PAYMENT: Registration will only be validated if payment in full is being sent together with the signed contract. Contracts received without payment will be considered null and void and no hotel  request will be processed.

REGISTRATION: Participants of the company who are based in other countries, and participants of subsidiary companies, representatives, etc. wherever based, must register separately and pay the appropriate registration fee.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION: There will be no refunds given on cancelled registrations. If a member of your company is substituted, there will be a charge of 50 € vat not included for the substitution provided the IMAGINA office is duly notified in writing.

REGULATIONS OF ACTIVITIES: The participant is formally prohibited from taking part in activities outside the Grimaldi Forum similar to those carried on within the perimeters of the event throughout the duration of the said event. Consequently, he or she undertakes not to solicit directly or indirectly any other participant or non-participant outside the confines of the Grimaldi Forum for the purpose of demonstrating any products or services being demonstrated at the event itself. Furthermore, the participant agrees not to exhibit or display any identifying signage or other promotional items in the Non-Exhibitors’ lounge or anywhere else within the Grimaldi Forum, without the express prior written consent of the Organizer. Any contravention of the general articles of this Special Regulation by the participant will be considered to be a contravention of the essential conditions governing the validity of the participant contract, in the full legal sense and with no requirement for any warning to be given to this effect, will lead to the immediate exclusion of the participant concerned from the Grimaldi Forum.  The participation fees or any other sums paid will not be reimbursed, and will become the property of the Organizer. The Organizer also reserved the right to claim compensatory damages against any participant thus contravening the rule.

DATES: The event will be held from January 31 to February 2nd, 2007. MONACO MEDIAX reserves the right at any time to change the opening date or the duration of the event, and to extend or shorten the period, without liability to the participants. If the event is cancelled for any reason, this participation contract is void and the registration fees paid by the participants will be refunded to them in full. No other indemnification will be due by MONACO MEDIAX to the participants.
