PAYMENT: Registration will only be validated if payment in full is being sent together with the signed contract, as well as a copy of the student card or the teacher card. Contracts received without payment will be considered null and void and no hotel/youth hostel request or guide listing will be processed.
REGISTRATION: Participants of the school who are based in other countries, and participants of subsidiary schools, representatives, etc. wherever based, must register separately and pay the appropriate registration fee.
CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION: There will be no refunds given on cancelled registrations. If any member of your school is substituted, there will be no charge for any changes made provided the IMAGINA office is duly notified in writing.
DATES: The event will be held from January 31 to February 2nd, 2007. MONACO MEDIAX reserves the right at any time to change the opening date or the duration of the event, and to extend or shorten the period, without liability to the participants. If the event is cancelled for any reason, this participation contract is void and the registration fees paid by the participants will be refunded to them in full. No other indemnification will be due by MONACO MEDIAX to the participants.
